I am sorry I did not reply to the numerous comments I received, I usually try and reply to them within a few days, but honestly I couldn't even think about trying this time.
I had (according to blogger) 734 comments, but a some of them were mine and some duplicate entries - all of which were deleted. I had to actually count this time since deleting some of the comments screwed up the numbering system a little bit between the pages.
